You have 30 days to return any orders you are unsatisfied with. Please use the contact form on our website to request any returns. You must provide your 4 digit order number or the full name on your order for purchase verification. Please note that at this time customers are responsible for their own return labels which we will reimburse you for as soon as your return is received and processed.
|My item arrived broken:||Send a photo of the damaged product to email@example.com along with your order number for a free Glamour Lights replacement|
|My item says delivered but I never received:||Email firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of delivery and your order number for a replacement. Note - we typically allow a 2 day buffer period and recommend you speak with your neighbors or management office to see if the item was misplaced. If you still can not find the order we will send out a replacement. Please note that if our shipping partners provide us with proof of delivery and there is high risk of fraud we do reserve the right to deny a replacement.|
|My order is stuck in transit and has not been delivered on time:||Sometimes, especially with COVID-19 orders will get held up. In this case we allow for a 10 business day delivery grace period to allow for the mailers to adjust the problem. If the order is still stuck in transit we will send another order using another mailing partner.|
|My order is not satisfactory:||If you are not happy with your order you have 30 days from the day of delivery to let us know in order to receive a full refund.|
